For your convenience, I offer a secure client portal that contains all the releases, disclosures, and paperwork you’ll need to complete before our first meeting.
It also allows you to pay for your sessions online and access documents you may need in the future (like authorization for me to release information about you to another party). Please contact me if you’d like to use the portal and I haven’t already sent you a login user name and password, or if you need your login credentials reset. If you’re not comfortable using the online client portal, feel free to contact me and I’ll email you a packet of paperwork you’ll need to complete and bring with you to our first meeting. You’ll also need to review and sign a few forms at our first session.
